Daniela Dillman, FNP-C is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, and Aesthetics. She is renowned for her excellent bedside manner, patient communication skills, and strong leadership qualities.
Daniela’s academic credentials include multiple degrees from Loyola Marymount University, Cal State University, and Western University of Health Sciences. She has extensive training in emergency procedures and managing acute and chronic conditions from many years in practice at her offices in Los Angeles and Dallas.
Daniela’s long-time patient population includes Fortune 500 executives, A-list celebrities, and professional athletes. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, California and Texas Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Urgent Care Association of America.
Daniela is fluent in English, Russian, and Spanish.

Dr. Shital Chavda is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician with over a decade of experience. As a Partner at Make You Well Family Medicine & Aesthetics, she is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health and well-being through personalized, compassionate care.
Dr. Chavda earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with minors in Chemistry and Health Sciences from the University of Florida. She went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University. She completed her residency at St. Luke’s Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, NJ, where she was appointed Chief Resident, a testament to her leadership and clinical expertise.
Dr. Chavda has been recognized throughout her career for her exceptional bedside manner and strong communication skills. She prioritizes clear explanations of medical conditions and collaborative decision-making, empowering patients to participate actively in their health journey.
Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Chavda is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine and American Academy of Family Physicians. She stays at the forefront of advancements in medicine to provide the highest quality care. Fluent in English and Gujarati, she fosters meaningful connections with a diverse patient population.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Chavda enjoys traveling with her husband, trying the newest restaurants, playing pickleball and spending time with her family.

Make You Well is a Family Practice and Aesthetics office, a unique combination that is distinct from a standalone urgent care clinic or med spa. We function as a primary care provider for scheduled appointments, ongoing chronic care, preventive visits, and acute illness. We also offer a full menu of medical-grade aesthetic services within the same practice. While we do our best to accommodate same-day sick visits for established patients, we are appointment-based and are not a walk-in urgent care facility.
The key difference is medical oversight and integration. Our aesthetic services (injectables, body contouring, HydraFacial®, Venus Viva, and more) are performed within a licensed medical practice under the supervision of a board-certified Family Medicine Physician and a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. This means your aesthetic care is held to the same clinical safety standards as your medical care, and your aesthetic provider is familiar with your full health picture. A stand-alone med spa typically lacks this level of physician oversight and medical record integration.
Yes. We offer Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) through a pellet-based delivery system from Pharmacy Solutions. Hormone pellets are small, custom-compounded pellets inserted just beneath the skin (typically in the hip area) during a brief in-office procedure. They release a consistent, low dose of hormones over three to six months, avoiding the daily fluctuations associated with creams or pills. BHRT is available for both men and women and is a popular option for patients experiencing fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, decreased libido, or other symptoms of hormonal imbalance.
