Primary Care | Make You Well Sugar Land

Primary Care

Our team is dedicated to building long-term relationships with patients and families across Sugar Land, Missouri City, Stafford, and the greater Fort Bend County area.

Our approach to primary care goes beyond treating what brought you in today. We focus on the whole patient, your medical history, your lifestyle, your goals, and your long-term health, so that we can be a true partner in keeping you and your family well for years to come.

We are here to Make You Well.

Primary Care for Every Stage of Life

We provide comprehensive primary care from pediatrics through geriatrics, your whole family, under one roof. Whether you are bringing in a child for a wellness visit, managing a chronic condition as an adult, or looking for a provider who truly understands the needs of an aging patient, our team is equipped to care for you at every stage of life.

Our goal is continuity. We want to be the practice that knows your history, tracks your health over time, and is there for you whether you are feeling well or not.

A Focus on Preventive Medicine

Our practice is grounded in preventive medicine. We believe that the best outcomes come from catching problems early, addressing risk factors proactively, and helping patients build habits that support long-term health, not just managing conditions after they develop.

Our preventive care services include:

Chronic Disease Management

We coordinate with specialists when needed and work to ensure your care stays connected, even when it involves multiple providers.

Primary Care Supported by Advanced On-Site Diagnostics

One of the things that sets Make You Well apart is the depth of diagnostic capability available in our clinic. Rather than sending you to a separate facility for testing, we are able to perform many studies right here, allowing for faster answers and more informed treatment decisions.

On-site capabilities that support your primary care include:

These capabilities allow our providers to identify and address conditions earlier — before they become more serious problems.
