Dr. Teodora Livengood is a member of the Richardson community and has been treating patients here for nearly a decade. She brings a broad and versatile clinical background to Make You Well, with specializations in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Internal Medicine — a combination that allows her to address both acute, same-day needs and ongoing chronic care with equal expertise.
Dr. Livengood is known for her thorough, attentive approach and her ability to communicate clearly with patients across a wide range of health concerns. Her depth of experience in emergency and internal medicine means that patients benefit from a higher level of clinical reasoning, even in a walk-in urgent care setting.
Outside of the office, Dr. Livengood enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.

Both MDs (Doctors of Medicine) and DOs (Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine) are fully licensed physicians who complete four years of medical school, residency training, and board examinations. DOs receive additional training in osteopathic manipulative medicine and are trained to take a whole-body, preventive approach to health. Both are fully qualified to diagnose, treat, and prescribe independently.
A Family Nurse Practitioner is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a master’s or doctoral degree and board certification in family medicine. FNP-Cs are licensed to independently diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage both acute and chronic health needs. At Make You Well Richardson, our FNP-C works alongside our physician to provide a full range of primary and urgent care services.
