Urgent care is appropriate for non-life-threatening conditions that need prompt attention — such as infections, minor injuries, sprains, flu, and UTIs. Emergency rooms are equipped for life-threatening situations such as chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe trauma, or loss of consciousness. Make You Well urgent care is also significantly more affordable and typically faster than a hospital ER for non-emergency needs. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
Our providers treat a wide range of non-emergency acute conditions, including:
Yes. We have digital X-ray services on-site, which allows our providers to evaluate fractures, joint injuries, and other musculoskeletal concerns in a single visit without sending you to an outside imaging facility. Digital X-rays use lower radiation than traditional film X-rays and results are reviewed by your provider immediately.
In most cases, yes. Urgent care visits at Make You Well are significantly less expensive than hospital emergency room visits for the same non-life-threatening condition. We accept most major insurance plans, and self-pay pricing is available. Call (972) 234-3299 for more information.
Yes. We are both an urgent care clinic and a primary care practice. In addition to walk-in visits for acute illness, we offer ongoing primary care services including annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and long-term patient-provider relationships. You can be both an urgent care patient and an established primary care patient at the same location.
Our providers manage a wide range of chronic conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, depression, and thyroid conditions. We develop individualized care plans and schedule regular follow-up visits to keep your health on track.
Most adults benefit from an annual wellness visit even when they feel well. Patients managing chronic conditions may need more frequent check-ins. Your provider will recommend a schedule based on your individual health needs, age, and medical history.

We offer a comprehensive, provider-supervised medical weight loss program that may include Semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy), B12/MIC Slim Shot injections, personalized meal and nutrition guidance, peptide therapy, vitamin supplements, and coaching. Your provider will evaluate your health history and goals to build a plan tailored to you. Initial consultations are offered at no cost, call (972) 234-3299 to book yours.
Semaglutide is an FDA-approved injectable medication that works by mimicking the GLP-1 hormone, which regulates appetite and blood sugar. It helps patients feel fuller sooner, reduces cravings, and slows digestion, supporting meaningful, sustained weight loss when combined with healthy lifestyle changes. It is prescribed and monitored by your Make You Well provider throughout the program.
Medical weight loss is supervised by a licensed healthcare provider who evaluates your health history, metabolic profile, and individual risk factors before recommending a plan. Unlike commercial programs, medical weight loss can include prescription medications, targeted injections, and clinical monitoring to address the biological and hormonal factors that make weight loss difficult. Results are tracked over time and the plan is adjusted as your body responds.
BHRT uses hormones that are molecularly identical to those naturally produced by your body. Unlike conventional synthetic hormone therapy, bioidentical hormones are derived from plant sources and are customized to each patient’s individual hormone levels through compounding. BHRT is available for both men and women experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalance.
Common signs of hormonal imbalance that may benefit from BHRT include:
If you are experiencing several of these symptoms, speak with your Make You Well provider about whether hormone testing and BHRT may be right for you.
BHRT can be administered in several forms depending on your individual needs and your provider’s recommendation, including creams, gels, patches, and pellets. Your provider will conduct a thorough evaluation and hormone panel before recommending the most appropriate delivery method for your situation.
Many patients notice improvements in energy, sleep quality, and mood within the first few weeks of treatment. Optimal hormonal balance is typically achieved over two to three months as your provider monitors and adjusts your protocol. Results vary by individual and depend on factors including baseline hormone levels, lifestyle, and the delivery method used.

IV (intravenous) therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system for faster, more complete absorption. It is used to support hydration, immune function, energy levels, recovery from illness, and overall wellness. At Make You Well Richardson, IV therapy is an elective service offered to patients looking to supplement their health and recovery.
We offer a variety of IV formulations tailored to individual needs, including the Myers Cocktail, immune boost, beauty and antioxidant drips featuring glutathione, hydration recovery, and customized options. Your provider will help identify the right formulation for your goals during your visit.
Most IV therapy sessions take approximately 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the formulation and volume being infused. You are welcome to relax in a comfortable chair during your session.
IV therapy at Make You Well is generally considered an elective wellness service and is not covered by most insurance plans. Our team can provide current self-pay pricing when you call or visit. Ask about our package discount — patients who book three or more IV therapy infusions receive 20% off.
Both BOTOX and Dysport are botulinum toxin type A injectables used to relax the facial muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles, such as forehead lines, crow’s feet, and frown lines. They work through the same mechanism but differ slightly in formulation, dosing, and how they spread. Your provider will discuss which option is best suited to your facial anatomy and treatment goals during your consultation.
