General Manager, Make You Well
Chairman, ESMD Management Services
Elliot Dillman is the General Manager of Make You Well and Chairman of ESMD Management Services, where he leads the strategic growth, operations, and development of one of Texas’s fastest-growing primary care organizations.
A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Elliot began his professional career as an award-winning film director, producing television commercials, branded content, and music videos for national brands and organizations. His background in storytelling, branding, and customer experience would later become a foundational element of the Make You Well philosophy.
In 2018, Elliot and his wife, Daniela Dillman, FNP-C, founded Make You Well in Torrance, California. Starting with a single clinic, one employee, and a vision to create a healthcare experience centered around accessibility, compassion, and exceptional patient care, the couple worked side-by-side to build the foundation of the organization.
In 2022, the Dillman family relocated to Texas, bringing the Make You Well model with them. Since then, Elliot has led the organization’s expansion into a multi-location healthcare network serving communities across Texas. Today, Make You Well employs more than 150 team members, supports over 30 healthcare providers, and continues to grow while maintaining its commitment to personalized, patient-centered care.
As Chairman of ESMD Management Services, Elliot oversees the strategic management and operational support of affiliated medical practices, focusing on physician partnerships, practice growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.
Elliot, Daniela, and their three children reside in Southlake, Texas, where they are proud members of the community and enthusiastic supporters of the Southlake Carroll Dragons.
Clinical Operations Manager
Lori Tompkins serves as the Clinical Operations Manager for Make You Well, overseeing clinical and operational performance across the organization’s locations throughout Texas. Since joining Make You Well in 2022, she has played a key role in supporting the company’s growth while helping ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience across all clinics.
Born and raised in Woodward, Oklahoma, Lori has built a successful healthcare career managing front-office and clinical operations for private medical practices, with extensive experience in family medicine, pediatrics, and primary care. Her expertise in practice management, staff development, workflow optimization, and patient service has made her an invaluable member of the Make You Well leadership team.
In her role, Lori works closely with providers and staff to improve operational efficiency, support clinical excellence, and maintain the organization’s patient-centered approach to care.
Lori resides in Euless, Texas, with her husband, a Euless City Council member and Southwest Airlines executive. Together, they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren and remain active in their local community.
Assistant General Manager
Nhi Thai serves as the Assistant General Manager for Make You Well, where she helps oversee operations, team development, and organizational growth across the company’s expanding network of healthcare practices.
A graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Healthcare Administration, Nhi joined Make You Well in 2019 as the manager of the organization’s first clinic in Torrance, California. As one of the earliest members of the team, she played a critical role in establishing the operational foundation that helped support the company’s continued growth and expansion.
Throughout her career in primary care, urgent care, and aesthetics, Nhi has developed extensive expertise in healthcare operations, patient experience, and practice management. She is recognized for her strong leadership abilities, collaborative approach, and commitment to building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional patient care.
In her current role, Nhi works closely with leadership and clinic teams throughout Texas to improve operational efficiency, support organizational initiatives, and ensure a consistent standard of excellence across all Make You Well locations. Her passion for healthcare administration and dedication to continuous improvement have made her an integral part of the organization’s success.
Nhi resides in Fort Worth, Texas, and enjoys spending her free time outdoors. She remains committed to helping Make You Well continue its mission of providing personalized, patient-centered healthcare to communities throughout Texas.
